Consultation and Advice

The ideal approach to good industrial relations is to ensure that Supervisors and Managers are proactive in dealing with issues that arise on the job. This requires confidence that they know their responsibilities and obligations and have the competence to deal effectively with problems of performance, conduct and attendance.
