HRM Systems Design

Achieving Human Resource Management objectives depends, ultimately, not on the philosophy and policies which an organisation holds as valid, but in the translation of these into practice by line managers who are, in fact, the first "human resources" managers of the organisation. Human Resource Management systems and procedures are the keys to this translation.
PMSL staff has had years of experience and know-how in the avoidance of pitfalls in the design of such systems.


We will:

  • draw up the Human Resource Management policies by which your organisation should be guided following consultation with staff and employees
  • prepare the procedure guides for implementation of these policies, and hold workshops to train staff in their usage
  • design the forms and other documentation for following the procedures, including manuals
  • arrange, where necessary, for the computerisation of systems and records
