An effective Performance Management System including Performance Planning, Performance Monitoring and the Evaluation and Appraisal process, offers more promise for employee and organisational productivity than any other human resource management system.


PMSL:

  • recommends Performance Management Systems best suited to the needs of the organisation
  • conducts workshops for employees involved in the planning, monitoring and appraisal processes and follows this up with on-line coaching
  • integrates other performance measurement systems e.g. MBO, Quality Circles, Balanced Scorecards etc. into the Performance Management System
  • prepares policy guidelines and develops the mechanics for implementation of the System
  • writes manuals
