Compatibility TESTING
Psychometric tests for compatibility are
also useful where partnerships are being set up in the legal,
personal or the industrial relations sense. In small departments
where people have to work together closely over long periods
of time, or where they need to work closely on vital projects,
testing for compatibility, group or pair, can stave off
possible problems before they ever arise.
The compatibility testing has also been used to considerable
advantage in resolving interpersonal conflicts between managers,
or between employees and their direct supervisors because
it not only points out areas of compatibility and non-compatibility,
but also makes recommendations about how to deal with the
areas of non-compatibility.
